Terms

  • For new customers we ask for a portion of the total cost in order to proceed. This is usually a third. However this may change depending on requirements and scale.

  • We reserve the right to pause a project if need be. Payments on time mean we are able to prioritise your project and secure our team resource.

  • That depends. We will agree a timeline with you at the start of the project. This is usually broken into 2 or 3 phases with agreed deliverables at each stage.

A smaller branding project or website may take as little as 6–8 weeks whilst a larger project comprising branding and website could be 12 weeks.

We aim to put together realistic timelines. We know you're busy and gathering content or agreeing things with your team may take longer than expected.

We work smartly and efficiently throughout. If you think that there may be a hold up, the sooner you tell us, the easier it will be to accomodate.

  • Absolutely. We reserve the right to showcase our favourite projects on our website and maybe the odd social media post.

  • We try to be as thorough as we can in our proposals. Sometimes we may require licences for fonts or images. We will always let you know if this is the case.

If we agree a route which requires additional creativeΒ (for example animation or photography), this will be commissioned as a separate cost.
